What I can help with

My name is Kirra, I am a psychologist here at Slip Psychology. I view mental health as an integral part of overall health and well-being. I am committed to offering the support and guidance needed to manage and maintain psychological wellness. 

 

I utilise foundational approaches from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while incorporating elements of Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).

I have worked with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, and life transitions. My holistic approach prioritises tailored care to help individuals navigate their mental health journey.
